This is a recipe I loosely based from the popular Common Room ESB recipe that's floating around. I had an excess (still do) of fuggles and bramling cross so that's what I used. I've been drinking it now for about 2 months and damn it's good! So I wanted to share. Enjoy!

Measured Original Gravity: 1.055 SG
Measured Final Gravity: 1.012 SG
Bitterness: 31.5 IBU
Est Color: 14.8 SRM

88.00 % Pale Malt
12.00 % Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L

1.50 oz Bramling Cross [5.00 %] (60 min)
0.25 oz Bramling Cross [5.00 %] (20 min)
0.25 oz Fuggles [4.00 %] (20 min)
0.25 oz Fuggles [4.00 %] (Dry Hop)
0.25 oz Bramling Cross [5.00 %] (Dry Hop)

I've got an ESB on tap now with all Bramling Cross and I'm loving it. Very distinctive hop for sure.
