finally got around to brewing this up.

i realized i didnt have any melanoiden so i subbed it with munich + C60.

yep.
im gonna have to cut the top on my pot larger as it is a bit too narrow for the bag.
also going to need to build a false bottom so i can keep the flame on when required.

the bag isn't the problem. the weight of the grain isn't bad. its just the opening in my pot needs to be wider. i also find my efficiency went down doing 10 gal BIAB by about 8%. i think thats because im loosing some good sugar due to the massive amount of spent grain sitting in the bucket.
