Partial mash

1.065 OG
1.016 FG.
ABV 6.8%
Estimated IBUs 75
Estimated colour 12.4

2.50 kg 2 Row
0.75 kg Crystal 60

Mashed with 7.3 L at 155 F for 60 min
Sparged with 8.0 L at 166 F for 15 min


60 min boil

2 L of water added to kettle
3.00 kg light malt extract added at 12 minutes

30.0 g Columbus leaf 16.1 Alpha% @ 60 min
20.0 g Columbus leaf @ 20 min
15.0 g Challenger pellet 6.7 Alpha% @ 15 min
20.0 g Simcoe pellet 12.9 Alpha% @ 10 min
30.0 g Columbus leaf @ 1 min

Dry hop about 8 days
30.0 g Cascade
30.0 g Simcoe

Fermented at ambient apartment temp of 22-25 C

Wyeast 1056. Two smackpacks though I've since started trying starters.
