I shall be hammering the salts to this one. Probably dry hop with a combo of brambling and ekg. Thames Valley II yeast.

27g gypsum
2g table salt
23g epsom salt
4.5g baking soda
13.5g chalk

I before this, I could only imagine someone holding their camera up to the eyepiece of a refractomitor to grab a picture of their OG. Hahah

Using some 1275 from johnnymac. I made a 5l starter a month ago, and it's ripping though this wort like mad. Blew me away, I guess a little O2 goes a long way.

Heat pads.

Finished at 1.010, a bit lower than projected, but I'm impressed with the results. Was a little nervous with the chemical cocktail.

I have you bowl and bottle. You left a Mason Jar, I think it bred. I'll drop you some jars too.
