Saturday Morning Pale

Was going to make a Pale with all Marris (not a Smash) and Amarillo (except bittering, why waste it)... but decided against single hop Amarillo (didn't really like the one I made for the Single hop thing). So went with some Chinook and Cascade I had around. Mashing as we speak (thought I hit 151 on the nose but then within 5 min it was down to 149, close enough).
