It's basically the BCS recipe, but I mixed up the hop strains a bit.

Just had a taste of my forced fermentation sample. Finished at 1.009, and tastes pretty good. Seems well balanced. :mrgreen:

Is that a normal AA% for Warrior? I am intrigued by this recipe due to the number of hop additions. :pow:

That's a little low - they are normally over 14%, which mine were last year. I adjusted the AA% for degradation over time. The recipe is based on the BCS version, which basically says this beer can handle more hops than a lot of people use. I agree. If I was to do it again, I might go with six row, or a blend of six row and 2 row/pilsner, just for fun.
