I'm having some friends over next Saturday who are interested in starting to brew, and wanted to see the process. A couple of them like nut brown (not my fave) so I thought I'd try one. After researching a bunch of recipes, I came up with this one. I wanted to use a few different specialty grains and some different hops so they could see/taste/smell the differences. I'll be pitching the Ringwood slurry from the ESB I made two weeks ago.
Any suggestions? As I mentioned, I've never actually made a nut brown before...
Thanks!

I've made this recipe a few times. I tweaked to my inventory and it's been great each time.

Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe
