Alt ipa suggestions?

Post by Smckeane » Sat Mar 15, 2014 10:23 pm

Looking for a good extract / partial mash recipe. Not a total hop bomb type of beer but not a wallflower either Kind of like the librarian with the glasses that surprises you (with their knowledge of the home brewing section of the archives).
I usually just go one of the generic recipes from Dave or NG but am looking for something that will stand out in a tasting of what will all be massive hop explosions (if I know my friends). Ideas welcome.

NP. I'll let you know what I've enjoyed out of what I made and share the recipes as they come up.
