I've been looking for a couple of ounces of Millennium hops for obvious, nerdly reasons
Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

I thought Centennial Falcon was close enough to be clever. I didn't know there was millennium hops. I may have to rework this recipe! That will go perfectly with my Mos Eisley Space Porter.

Anchorhead Steam
Boba Fest
Carbonate ChAmber Ale
Chewbocka
Darklighter Stout
