10 Gallon batch thoughts?

2-row - 16#
Rye Malt - 4#
Pale Wheat = 1#

All Willamette (5.3%)
60 min 1.25oz
30 min 0.9 oz
0 min 0.5 oz

US-05 or Notty fermented around 17 celsius (I'll be using Bry-97 on one batch)
