Going to make a mead at some point. Where can I get large volumes of decent honey? Anyone have a contact? Or should I go to the market ?
Had the first mead that I really enjoyed last night (it wasn't too young like every other one I have tried) and it inspired me

Re: mead ideas
Crossman and Whidden (somewhere in the Valley ?New Minas) sell their honey in bulk. It's a little cheaper than the grocery store, and good quality.
FWIW, most meads I've made really didn't taste great until they had several years of age on them.
