My mistake, one of those should be a pilsner malt. Basically just finishing off some bags. I'm not so sure I like the new Beersmith formats, still learning the export functions..

Yeah, there are some things that were easy and intuitive in the old version that are buried in sub-windows in this one.

One carboy is fermented with 1272, the other -05 and a smackpack of Old Ale Blend, 9097, with Brett of some sort in it, maybe L...?

We tried a bottle of the brett version last night, and it turned out good. Formed a light pellicle in the bottle, and was carbed just right.
