What do you guys think of this recipe? When we were in Belgium in May, we went to Brugse and really liked the locally brewed Brugse Zot for the Halve Maan Brewery.
It was quite clear with a complex balance of spice and hops.
After some research, this is my stab at a recipe.

How will this turn out in terms of clarity?
I'm particularly wondering about the hop/spice balance and if I should adjust any of the amounts/timing? I have an once each of the adjuncts and 4oz of East Kent Goldings to play with.

@ 30% wheat, I can't imagine this beer is going to be clear unless it sits a loooong time. That recipe is under Belgian Blonde, but everything I see here says witbier.

My recollection, having had it at the brewery, is that it wasn't clear. If it works out I'd like to try the recipe too. If you can find a recipe for their brown, post it here too.

What do you think of the hops and spices?
In some pics it's clear and in some it's cloudy... Should I reduce the Flaked Wheat then? The rest is already milled and mixed.

That pic looks pretty murky to me, so I'd say the recipe is accurate there. As far as the spices go, I'm not so sure about the cumin seed - seems kinda odd to me - and I think you could add more orange if you wanted, like 3 times. That's If you are brewing something more witbier style.

After a week in the primary, this was tasting pretty bland so I decided to spice it up and turn it into a "faux-saison."
Added:
2.0oz Cascade
0.2oz Cumin Seed
1oz Coriander Seed
0.3oz Carraway Seeds
0.5oz Pepper, Whole Black

I tried a sample and it definitely tastes spicier than the Saisons I had in Belgium, but it still tastes good. Going to bottle on Sunday and will bring some samples to the group buy pickup on the 13th.
