This is what I'm planning for tonight...thoughts?
10gal batch
20lbs Superior Pale Malt
Mash at 148f

1oz Falconers Flight @ 15min
1oz Falconers Flight @ 10min
1oz Falconers Flight @ 5min

chill wort to 140f... 5oz Falconers Flight and stir...let sit covered for 30-60min.

Chill as normal

ferment with some us05 slurry from a previous brew (transferring tonight).

I may dry hop each carboy with 2oz

that was the beer...glad you enjoyed

It turned out good...FF isn't my go to hop, but enjoyed trying it on its own
