Help converting a partial mash recipe to all-grain

Hi all, I'm new to all-grain. I've been making a session type partial-mash for awhile, and I'd like to try it or something close for my first all-grain.
These are the ingredients:
400g 2-row
1.5kg light unhopped LME
1.36kg HMG
6g northern brewer boiling hops
4g northern brewer finishing hops
liquid american ale yeast
It usually finishes around 4%, light on the hops... perfect for me due to heartburn issues from hops.
I'm thinking 9lbs 2-row, the same amounts of hops, same yeast. Does this sound right?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
