Hi I was wondering if anyone has simple kolsch recipe? I have 5.3 lbs of 2 row and 5.3 lbs of pilsner malt 1 oz of Hallertau hops and 1 oz of German Tettnang hops and wyeast 2565 yeast. I was wondering can you use single infusion recipe? Only a newbie here with 6 all grains under my belt. Thanks Craig

I have 5.3 lbs of 2 row and 5.3 lbs of pilsner malt = yes, this grain bill will make a good kolsch (I like to add a touch of Munich or Vienna, but I don't think it's to style)
1 oz of Hallertau hops and 1 oz of German Tettnang hops = what aa% and what time for additions?
and wyeast 2565 yeast. = awesome!
I was wondering can you use single infusion recipe? yes, target around 150 degrees F

aa's of Hallertau is 2.7% and German Tettnang 3.0%-4.5%. I dunno what times i should add. I was kinda looking for 90 min mash and 90 min boil and maybe hop additions at 60 min. I am open for suggestions. I purchased all the grain etc off Dave at Everwooddavebrewshop.
