Hi,
Can anyone explain the process of installing a Stainless Steel Surface Cut-Out Drip Tray? I'm looking at purchasing a stainless steel surface cut-out drip tray, but want to make sure that it will fit with my newly purchased kegging system and towers. I just purchased a Deluxe Kegorator Kit - Double Tower from Everwood Ave. Brew Shop and I'm wondering if this drip tray fits and how is it installed?

Not sure what drip tray you're referring to, but most just sit below the taps and are not fastened or "installed". Beer will accumulate in the tray, and you manually drain/rinse it in a sink.
If you purchased one that drains below, you may need to drill a hole through the top of your fridge, and run a drain tube down into a "reservoir" of some sort. A pitcher, or something similar would work.
