I mean rock it and force carb and let the final few points finish in the keg. I normally rack on day 8.

Bigger issue might be crashing the yeast. Carb, chill, gelatin.

It's an wheat...don't want it to clear...that's why I chose that style...to save me time lol...low abv (4.5%) wheat beers can be ready fast...

Hooked up the gas at 26psi...keg is about 66f...shook for 10min. I'll leave it on the gas til Friday then he can get them cold for sat night
