Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

I'm seriously thinking about building a 2 or 4 head counter pressure bottle filler. Morebeer sells one that seems to be copied the most for around $70 US. I've attached a picture of it... Can anyone identify the two pieces I've circled in red?

I'm guessing the valve at the top turns both sides off or on at the same time
I'm also guessing that the second one is an adjustable pressure relief valve, though I don't know the official names for either

I believe the top valve allows beer to flow in when opened to one side and gas for purging the bottle on the other.

Top valves are gas and liquid. Bottom should have a valve and is your blow off.

if you cant find a good three way valve, you can put a t in that spot, and put regular ball valves to either side

I built one of these a couple of months ago. I couldn't find a three-way valve for the top so I did the T + two regular valves.
I used these instructions:

One suggestion I'd have is to get stainless steel (as recommended in the instructions) for the 1/4" pipe that goes into the bottle. I used copper and it's too bendy.

I have one of the older ones, with the T at the top and a ball valve on either side, left for beer (from keg) and right for CO2. Mine also has two valves at the lower T where the bleed off is happening. There's a ball valve next to the stem and a needle valve connected to it (vented to atmosphere).
The nice thing about the vent having two valves, you can control with the fill speed and excess foam with the needle valve (have to dial it in) and closing the ball valve (without touching the needle valve) will allow to hold pressure during the purge. The purge pressure and beer pressure can be different using this set-up.

Sounds good
Do you want beer, cash, or sexual favours from Chalmers?
