A few months ago I got a fair amount of beer in my Co2 lines by tipping a keg while it was still connected (doh!). Since then all my beers have had a rough 'off' flavour, so I'm thinking I have contamination as a result. I will be disassembling the CO2 lines to clean them with brewery wash, and was also wondering if I can get contamination from a dirty regulator (it still works fine). If so, does anyone have experience cleaning a regulator?

On a related note, Noble Grape doesn't sell check valves for CO2 lines, is there anywhere locally I can pick these up?

Everwood carries check valves as well. Not sure on stock.

Just went through a similar process on my first batch of legged beer. I didn't purge a keg after force carbing and had beer flying out of my reg when I dropped the pressure. Rookie mistake that I will only make once!I disassembled my regulator and lines, soaked everything (minus the gauges) in PBW, rinsed really well then blasted it all dry, left it all out overnight then put it all back together. Picked up a 4 way distributor with check valves So I never go through it again.
