Made the first of what will be a 3 tier set of stands for gravity transfers. Picture is the middle height for mashtun. Will make a taller one for HLT and a shorter one for boil kettle. Made them separately so can use them for other purposes and move them easier.

Looking good, are you going to treat the wood?
I like to use just a penetrating oil rather than a stain or varathane, since it is inevitably going to get beat up anyway.

Yah was planning to treat it in some fashion. What kind of oil would you use? Otherwise was going to stain it darker to hide wort splashing [WINKING FACE]

I like Danish oil, it just soaks into the wood and provides protection. If you want to throw a coat of varathane on top of it down the road you can do that as well but i have never had good look with varathane in situations where water was used.

Went Great! The setup worked as planned. Gravity feeds from pot to pot went without issue. Now I just need a dedicated spot to brew so I don't have to move them every time I brew!

Looks awesome! Any chance of sharing the rough plans/dimensions of those bad boys? What did it end up costing for materials? I'm trying to map out my own move into all grain, and some form of 3-tier gravity system is on the docket (cuz pumps are expensive!), once I can track down some pots/full size kegs to convert into keggles. Cheers!

Wow totally forgot. Not sure how to attach an excel spreadsheet so if you want it message me an email address. It has the basic dimensions for each. It's all made out of 2x4's. The top I used pine planks which cost a bit more. Could also use any 1" thick plank (1x3 or wider), but sometimes hard to find good straight and flat pieces. Or you could use plywood cut square in one piece. Probably cost about $75 for all 3.
