Grains Back in Stock

Post by GillettBreweryCnslt » Tue Jun 23, 2015 1:49 pm

Hey Everyone,

I refreshed my grain supply yesterday so I have everything back in stock including Crystal 15, Munich, Vienna and full bags of 2-row, Pale Ale, Pilsner, MO and wheat.

Also I added a couple of new grains to the list that include Kiln Coffee and Crystal 150.

Yeast should be arriving today as well. In that shipment is the Fermentis Abbaye yeast which is getting great reviews. Click for the specification sheet

Hops will be back in stock (for the few that are out of stock) this week too. Sadly, no Simcoe however.

Thanks

Dave

I used the Abbaye yeast in a tripel and would definitely use again. Great flavour. Just be aware that it kicks out some wicked sulphur aroma during fermentation. But clears up and is not noticeable in finished beer.
