Anyone have a 5lb tank I could use? I've got my manifold but my 5lb tanks are dry. No way I'm dragging the 30lb

My tank has two extra ball lock connectors if that helps.

Ok so we got 4 coolers of ice last night. I'm not sure how it's going to hold up and we usually have way more.

So, if there's a way for anyone else to grab ice from somewhere that would be cool. Rock Bottom said we could have some but they don't open until 4 (said someone will be there earlier).

I also heard McDonald's might fill your cooler if you're nice and say you'll hand out coupons. :)

Sent from the brew timer.

Once again, Hoptoberfest has come and gone. Thanks Kyle for hosting. It's always great to see the regular faces as well as new ones. Sausages were top notch - thanks Lucas. And the beer - everything from milds to IPA's with some great sour beers in between.

It was a fun evening - thanks everyone.

Thanks for hosting Kyle. A lot of fun as always!

Sandy and Derek I wasn't sure if you took any extra sausages with you when you left so I saved 1/2 dozen for each of you. PM me to arrange pickup.

Another great event. Had fun meeting new people and talking brewing with everyone. Good times.

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.
