I've got to get my hands on one of those....
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

I brought bastardizations of Tim's Black IPA and X's Oatmeal Stout. We had them before Chalmers arrived.
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.

This would have been a great chance to meet people, so I regret not having been able to make it. I am a strong proponent of future meetings in Dartmouth!
What was the consensus on the Granville Island Lions Winter Ale? I thought the vanilla was pretty overpowering... but I might be forever scarred by the use of vanilla air fresheners in university apartment bathrooms.

I brought some to the December meeting... I think we all rinsed our glasses when they still smelled like vanilla two beers later.Darkside Earl wrote:This would have been a great chance to meet people, so I regret not having been able to make it. As powerful as it was I really enjoyed it. Not something I would drink everyday, however.
