Not sure what to do here. Pickup is off, and I am stuck in NG now. You guys should think quick and get back to Nash.

Nash says the burgers at still on, and I intend on heading down for a burger and pint. Just not exactly sure what time, what's everyone saying?

Yup, burgers are still on!

So it's a cold-smoked pattie, jalapeño roast garlic mayo, bacon, cheese, smoked meat, cherry and bourbon Q sauce with a fried egg on top and a side of home fries seasoned with hop salt. On until 4 PM.

Transmitted from the hop-phone.

I'm smoking ~ 30 patties in two batches, they're not small. 1 hr total smoke time, flipped once after 30 minutes. Cooker temp is running at 60 F.

Just flipped after 30 minutes, except the one in the middle - turning a little yellow  :cheers2:

Speaking of that, what do I owe you?

$41.64 sound right?

I think it was 7 Grand Cru and 1 Classic, right?

I don't have access to the sheet (or at least I don't think I do). Can you let me know what I owe for the 4 + 1? Thanks
