I would so much like to make it, but work keeps me from doing so... well that and the cost for me.
Besides the money, I wouldn't be able to get the time off from work. It is our busy season ( heating ) before the Christmas rush and a little beyond.

Have fun guys and take lots of pictures so I can cry about what I am missing.

Ok folks,
I'm still going to try and pull off the smoked suckling pig. The little bastard ain't fitting in my Kamado though. Anyone want to throw up a spreadsheet for foodie stuff that y'all be bringing?

It's just a bit alcoholic (16% I think), but I think you can probably handle a regular glass OK Kirsten
