Awesome. Big Tide would be a great place to start. If anyone is heading to Fredericton Sat morning and returning Sun morning to SJ maybe we can car pool.

Ok I really feel like a dummy. I just realized it's sold out! Anyone out there have a ticket they don't need?

Their fb page has a call for volunteers. 4 hours of "work" and you're in.

Last year, they also released another blast of tickets in the last week leading up to the event. If you don't feel like volunteering, that might be happening this year too.

I messaged the organizers on FB and asked if there would be a second offering of tickets like last year and they said no. They said they put out 1500 right off the bat and that the only way now to get tickets in to volunteer or win them on a FB or twitter contest.

Volunteering wouldn't be a bad way to get in for the day. I believe that the volunteers help for only 4 hours......so that still leaves 8 hours for drinking. :spilly:

For those on Facebook and looking for tickets, Picaroon's is giving away a couple:

My +1 will be my brother in law but I imagine it'll be the Ale House for us.

Does the AH take reservations? If so, might be worthwhile trying to make a group reservation.

They may for Saturday, if it's not too late... definitely worth checking. Maybe throw in you're a beer group; they like those people, for some reason...!

Let's see if we can figure out some numbers by the end of the week and I'll try and grab a reservation for us.

Supper Sat or Fri? I feel like I'll be worrying about finishing up beer tickets and getting the good stuff at the great before they close on Sat.
Friday at Ale House is a strong maybe for my brother and I.

Saturday for me. Will be driving up Saturday and picking up my brother in law in Gagetown along the way. Figure I'll need a good solid meal by dinner time.

We're going to play it by ear - I'm assuming we'll be snacking during the day

Gotcha, I think Saturday may be a spur of the moment supper, but we'll all want to keep in touch throughout the fest, I imagine.

Anyone want to make Friday night plans? Brother and I are driving up Friday, just not exactly sure what time, as I have yet to organize my trip to Baie Verte, NL at the end of next week. Hope it'll be by not-too-late supper time.

Am checking out new gastropub in town tomorrow, 540. Will report back.
