Thanks a ton to everyone for coming out! Hope to do it all again in the coming months, it's all of you guys that made it a great success. My apologies to any nOObs that may be unaccustomed to my dry sarcasm  Also, apologies for the overcooked Eggs Benny rolling out. I talked to the man about it, he was very apologetic for his seriously hungover egg cook and assured me he'd whip her into shape and wouldn't let it happen again :rockin: :cheers2:

Good times!

That burger looked and smelled incredible! However, I'm glad I stuck with the epic eGgs Benny and was able to function for the rest of the day. On to our fourth bottle of wine with the cedar wrapped salmon with parmesan mushroom risotto! Gonna be a great night!

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.
