Barr, did you get a ticket? I've heard of one coming up for sale.

Is it just my brother and I in town Friday night? If you are around and want to meet up, lemme know so we can make plans, otherwise we'll do something else.

I believe I seen on twitter that they are not releasing the beer list until you get there. Boo!
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

We're working on something for the AtlCan breweries.

The others will be more elusive, unless someone wants to take it upon themselves to email the breweries. :)

If anyone has any friends that wanted to go but couldn't land tickets, Picaroons just tweeted that they require more volunteers.

How many people are staying at UNB? I haven't decided if I'll crash there or take a taxi back to Rusagonis yet. Not sure what the best option is.

Me +1.

Looks like no takers for Friday night supper or getting together, so my brother and I will probably hit the KSAH, schmooze with the cool kids while you people hang out with your wives and kids (boooooring!). ;)

Ended up being too much of a logistical hassle. Arranged for a family taxi at 11!

Well... I'm up for a late breakfast feast. Anyone want to catch a big breakfast in the morning? I think I'm getting dropped off downtown around 10. Also, where can one get a big feed around 10... other than the farmer's market?

I'd love to join you guys but probably won't make it into town until about 10:30 unless the boys are super-cooperative in the morning, so not likely any earlier…

And excellent event. I wish my belly wasn't so full by the end. I could have squeezed a few more in. Dang pulled pork poutine. The best part of this day is always the people. Loved chatting with everyone through the day. I wish I could see you all more often!

As a side note, I was both surprised and delighted to see the ball-juggling wizard again.

Definitely one of the best beer festival formats. 12 hours, try what you want, pay as you go ($1 per 4oz pour) and come and go as you please, topped off with great weather and great company.
