That sounds like a plan. Maybe I will get a couple from paddys also. I will check with Randy at Sea Level to see if he is coming.

Sweet. I emailed the Sea Level address to see if we could do a tour on our way there or home. But no reply. Any chance you could ask Randy directly? Would like to see the new digs.HPhunter wrote:That sounds like a plan. Maybe I will get a couple from paddys also. I will check with Randy at Sea Level to see if he is coming.

I just send you a PM with his son's e-mail. Last time I tried contacting Randy through the website, Jeff replied.

I talked to Randy, and he said for you guys who wanted to stop in he would like it to be right after lunch at 1:00pm. He isn't going to be there all day. If you are going to stop over, let me know because he wanted me to call and let him know how many people are coming.

-Some 2-Row in bucket and Wheat in bag ground quite fine.
-Electrical connectors Square D 20A 2-pole breaker.
-Piece of perforated Stainless screen.
-Used 3/8" stainless polycarbonate fitting.
-One piece of 1/2" polycarbonate 3'ish.
-one full length of 1/2" polycarbonate tubing.
-one stainless 1/2" union.

Thanks Jeff. Is that 1pm Sat, or Sun? I'd asked about either, to minimize the pain.
Either way, I'm in. Who else?

I'll probably pass on the Sea Level visit myself. I have a car with a couple seats available, so if others would also like to skip the visit you're welcome to jump in with me.

I may take you up on that drive Tim. What time are you leaving?
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Re: MOOvember Brew Party in the Valley Nov 17th
Randy will be there on Sat only.
People can show up anytime after lunch I plan on serving supper at 5:00pm. Also trying to get a tour of Paddy's Brewery for 2pm. I will post back as soon as I hear about that. I have an assortment of rooms, coaches for people who are staying. Or you can pitch a tent in the brewery. Also we will have the UFC fights on for the people staying.

Supper at 5 (all of us in a food coma/asleep by 7 is my prediction! ha), well based on that, guess I'll arrive by 3?

Re: MOOvember Brew Party in the Valley Nov 17th
I finally got permission from SWMBO to go!!!
I'll be driving from New Glasgow and will have an extra seat or two if anyone needs a ride. I plan on crashing out somewhere flat and dry for the night. Don't worry, my snoring will keep the bears away.
My beer supply has also run dry. It looks like there's lots of food for dinner, etc. so I think I'll bring some snacks for later on or during the UFC event. Let me know if there's anything you're missing that you need.

This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Re: MOOvember Brew Party in the Valley Nov 17th
There should be lots of food and drinks, for the people crashing you should bring a sleeping bag and pillow. Looks like we have people coming from New Glascow to Haligfax to Digby to Liverpool. All for the love of beer. The Brewhouse is almost cleaned up for the big event. If anybody needs directions PM me. I will provide local eggs and local pork sausage for breakfast and dispense advil as needed!

Conflict with another poorly devised plan.
I can't go. Anyone want/need the Jockey Box?

I couldn't get the Paddys tour organized. But it looks like Alan Bailey from Meander River Farm is stopping by. Great time to ask about growing and picking hops. Things are looking good and I appreciate you chaps for coming.

I'm thinking I'm going to drive up in the morning - I'm planning on taking my truck up to get serviced at the dealership in Middleton. Thanks for the offer thoughTimG wrote:So X and I are heading over sometime early-mid afternoon, plan to be there around 3 - 3:30.
