Fredericton Craft Beer Festival - March 9, 2013

Shouldn't let it thaw unless you are going to use it right away.

I'm thinking that they can put it in their kegerator during the show. I need to brew at BT the next day and can pick it up and grill it that day as well.

Enjoy it. Chalmers, and a few friends and I, had a few brews at a friends place last night. Along with the brews, we had homemade moose pepperoni and crackers
with home made Blue Cheese and my Home made Gouda. Every thing was yummy.
Tried the Hopyard Pale also... a bit of diacetyl but it was OK all the same. Pete had a nice stout he just tapped and Dwayne brought over a really nice Pale ale.

Just a quick note: a few Brewnosers are getting together at the Lunar Rogue at 5pm Saturday. I might not make it there, but will see y'all in the Fest!

They're going to sell a couple of VIP tickets on their Facebook page if you comment and mention Red Rover Cidery or something... give that a try!

In case people were wondering, Hogie was able to get in. There was a strong Brewnosers presence, I'd say about a dozen. Informally, no Grimross beer, he did not have his license to sell/serve, so that was too bad.

How was the beer festival? I'll definitely be going to the SJ Beer Festival if anyone else plans on attending.

Chris, I got the Moose steak that you dropped off from Tony.......a huge thanks to both of you! It's marinating now and I look forward to grilling it up in the next day or so!

What a fiasco the moose and beer (case of Asskicker) ended up being. I should have booked a room at the Delta, but I'm cheap and used points to be at the Crowne.
Araxi's wife was a saint to let us bother her to bring up the beer, and then when I left the moose there, got out of bed to bring it down for me. Does she have any tastes for something I can get in Delaware or Philly or Halifax, Araxi? Would like to say thanks to you both for being a pain!

Hey Folks:
Late coment on the FCBF. GREAT BEERS ... GOOD PEOPLE...Thanks to the poster of this thread .I got tickets as a gift to my wife and I for Xmas.I was really impressed with the cask conditioned Best Bitter.We stayed at the Delta and had a small after party with a 2.5 g keg of Durty Dutch Lager.
I hope the Saint John Beer Fest grows as well .
