Virginia and I will be over. I'll smoke up a few pounds almonds or pecans in the morning (unless we have some nut allergies to worry about) and can take along a pasta salad or something along those lines - time isn't on my side as I'm partying with the office until the wee hours tonight.

Keith - will you be around in the morning, before lunch time? It would be great if I didn't have to haul a keg, food and growlers on the bus and could drop some stuff early.

Keith, Will you bring Stanley's tank and manifold outside, or is it permanently mounted? Do you have ball lock or pin lock for gas dispensing?

I'm am working on a portable manifold and gas setup. I need to get 3 hose clamps and I'm in business. I'll try to get to home hardware today. These are ball lock as well. Plus I'm planning on leaving Stanley in service. Need to get the Belma DIPA out

I'm getting excited for this. I think I may have a source for ice... My work has a couple large ice machines and the building is fairly vacant on Sats. I think I have a solution! Need to talk to the facilities manager to see if it's ok.... or just to give him a heads up.

Getting ready for an early morning brew. Double batch of Champagne Citra tomorrow, Pilsner, a little cara-foam, conan yeast, 1lb Citra (FWH and Late). And a little (5ml x 85%) phosphoric acid, in theory to bring down the mash PH to 5.52. No salts.

Bring a taste of that to the June event!

Since you requested Keith, I’ve racked off a 2.5 gal. keg to bring, and I’m busy making a label for the keg. It was a long day at work today

Bringing cold sausage and bacon with pineapple chunks on cocktail sticks ...don't ask, it's an English thing ...Gets me off the hook (nearly) every time.
