Truro Meeting Friday Jan 27th

We are overdue for an official Truro meeting and we are all moved in our new home so it's my turn to host. Friday Jan 27th is the day and anytime after 7pm. This gives everyone lots of notice. I have 10 gallons of APA fermenting away with over 2 lbs of Mosiac and Falconers Flight. All late hops and dry hop minus 1 oz at 60 mins. It's smells amazing. I'll have a few others to share including some Winter Ale. Not sure what will be on the menu but I promise it will be good. New faces are always welcome and send me a PM for my new address.

I've decided on what the food menu will be. To keep you in a little suspense I won't say anything other than "Bacon" will be the star. I'm in the mood to brew a stout soon and I think it will go great with what I have in mind.

Hello Everyone,
I'm a new homebrewer to Truro. I've been doing 10 gallon all grain batches with my buddy for the past year. I'd be interested in knowing what these meetings are all about?
Keg 1: Triple hopped citra IPA
Keg 2: Duct Rabbit Stout clone
Primary : Wee Heavy 2.0

Welcome! Meetings are about craft beer and everything about the all grain beer process. We have a great bunch of people in the area and typically get between 8 to 10 people. The host takes care of food and all you need to do is bring some of your beer to share with others. We talk beer, drink beer and have allot of laughs. Send me a PM as the date approaches and I'll give you my address if you can make it.

Hey I know it has been a while since I have been on here,,,,,, but heard that Woody was planning on having a house warming and offering food... or rather chips and hops. I think I can handle it. I will be there. It will be good to see everyone again.
Hope to meet you there Gates.
Steve
ps I though Woody had mentioned something about serving dried up fruit. WTF. I didn't question him. Maybe the hops is getting to his brain.

Thanks for everything Derek. Another great meeting. For some reason I'm feeling a bit light headed today. Must be that Belgian..
