If your serving Hot Dogs and tater tots I'm bringing Coors light. I've got some grain reaper RIS to bring. Some aged with Cocoa Nibs, Mint and Vanilla. Double bath and half aged on Cocoa Nibs and of that chocolate half I added Vanilla to some and mint to a few more. Time to hammer out an IPA. Can't wait!

Re: Truro Meeting - Saturday, April 22nd
I have my bottles labelled now so I'll be sure to bring the right ones this time! I have one last bottle of my debut all-grain APA to bring along with a few of my second batch, a NZ(ish)-IPA.
I'm heading to Everwoods Brewshop that morning so if any of you want to put in an order (and pay for it!) I'll happily collect it for you and give to you at the meeting (for a nominal service charge, of course). Just make sure they know its being collected around noon on Saturday and I'll ask when I'm there if there's anything to collect.

I may do that also David, thanks.
I think I'll be bringing at least two versions, if not three, of an American wheat that I split into three batches with different yeasts, as well as some fresh bread made with the spent grain. Mmmmm...... beer bread.

No problem guys, happy to help.
Pete - that side by side comparison will be really interesting to see what flavours the different yeasts give. We should try and do that early in the evening before our taste buds have been destroyed by one of Derek's 200+ IBU IPA's

Thanks for hosting Mark. Had a great time. The brett saison is crazy good. Better keep that stashed away somewhere safe.

Great time and thanks for hosting Mark along with the great food. Some great beer going around all. Pete that spent grain bread was incredible. I'm already planning my next brew day and making some bread after. David thanks for the Everwood pickup and I wish my first 2 all grain were as good as yours.
