Brewnosers at Full House Craft Beer Fest

Post by chalmers » Wed May 10, 2017 1:37 pm

Hiya folks!

The Brewnosers will once again be setup at the Full House Craft Beer Fest, happening Friday and Saturday at the Halifax Forum Multipurpose Room. We have a core of volunteers ready to rock, but could use a couple more bodies for Friday and/or Saturday night. You will be talking Beer and homebrew with your fellow beer enthusiasts, while being able to sneak away to try some beer yourself (please no over-indulging!).

We'll have some ingredients set up on the table, and pouring some fizzy goodies (but no beer this year, maybe next?). If you can make dog or human treats from spent grain, even better! We may also introduce people to the BJCP, talking about the judging program and how to drink beer. You know, because people need lessons. ;)

No ticket required (this is your ticket in), and we'd like you there 30min early, and maybe have to stay a few minutes late to help with tear-down. So approximately 30-9:30 Friday or Saturday. (We have enough for Sat afternoon)

Please EMAIL or TEXT me to be sure I see it promptly. Thanks!

Chalmers

Thanks to Tim, Sandy, and Kevin for volunteering at the table! And Taylor for the great Mango Ginger soda syrup. If Friday night was any indication of the rest of the sessions, you guys were pretty busy chatting and pouring those palate cleansers. Cheers!

Saturday night was pretty good. Talked to a lot of people. There was also a tv interview done.

Out of the three years they've done this one, I think this venue and layout worked the best. We had a great time on Saturday afternoon.
