I'm in. Wanted to come last year but something happened.
I've never been to a brewnosers meeting but I would certainly love to brew something up for this to share around. If that's the sort of setup.

I'm in. Do we have a location? Is Kyle willing to host us again?

Re: Hoptoberfest 2017
I'm able to host. I've been out of town doing some beer tourism so haven't looked at this until now. I'll post some details in a day or two.

I haven't been to a Brewnosers meet in ages and I've been meaning to get back into it. I went to Hoptoberfest a couple years ago and it was great.

Beer is in the running for the healthiest of all alcoholic beverages. It has antibiotic, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties. It has been proven that drinking up to 3 beers a day decreases your risk of heart disease by around 30% and it also lowers your risk of getting diseases like diabetes. Beer is also chock full of important vitamins and minerals that you need to survive.

I'd like to come depending on when it is, but it's going to be a busy fall for me already.

The date is always the hardest part... Should we just do a poll?

Re: Hoptoberfest 2017
We'd normally like to do this around the end of September, so only a month from now. Polling will add another week or two to the process, although it would give people some time to brew if it got pushed out into October. I'd like to see the details Kyle is going to post, his schedule may be restricted for we know.

Re: Hoptoberfest 2017
That's exactly the setup: as many people who are able brew up a keg, or bring some bottles, or whatever fine homebrew they'd like to share. We also usually have some sausages made for us, get some fresh rolls, etc. If you're not able to bring beer, then a side dish is most welcome. And this is a great opportunity to invite spouses/partners who may not be quite as into beer as us, and show them the diversity in flavours, and people, in beer! Plus beer friends and those interested in learning more.oceanic_brew wrote: ↑Wed Aug 30, 2017 7:40 pmI'm in. Wanted to come last year but something happened.

I've made another thread about this in order to add a date poll. Let's move the discussion there.
