Should be simple. You're the only person allowed over.

I like Sep 29 (at this point), but could probably make any of the dates work with enough notice.

September is definitely the better month weather wise. We've had it late into October and we've froze our arses off.

Our "window of opportunity" is from the 22nd until the 7th, if we are aiming to conform with the real Oktoberfest, which we have never stated as a goal in the past. I like the 29th, it's the least awful of the weekends put forth so far.
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.

This isn't an Oktoberfest, it's a Hoptoberfest. The rest of the world can conform to us!

I'm good with all those dates as it stands. Earlier in the fall means I am less likely to have work, so my vote would be for the 29th as well.

If it's on the 29th, wouldn't it be Hoptember Fest?
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

ummmm, I've yet to get my act together with this. Just been so busy lately, I think I'll just use this thread as an informal poll....
