Re: Kartbahn
I might be, but it's going to be pretty hard for me to fit things in. Going back to Mon-Fri at work.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Re: Kartbahn
I know somebody who works there. I'm sure we could do something fun. Once we know approx. numbers, I can make some queries. Could definitely get the private room and maybe BOOB (bring our own beer).

Re: Kartbahn
A bunch of us will be heading to Kartbahn on Monday the 26th. I'm just trying to iron out the details re: timing, but it will be after 6pm. I'll update when I hear.
They've got a Movember deal where the second ride is $5. And if there's enough of us, we could probably get a nice price overall. A non-committal RSVP is good at this point, just so I have a ballpark idea of turnout.

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Just heard from the manager, and it looks like 6:30 is a good time, before a big rush.

Re: Kartbahn
Small, but dedicated turn out. We raced 4 times over the course of 2 hours. Jimmy was definitely the best of the group! He even brought his own helmet!!
