I should clarify that by saying, I can help if somebody tells me where to go and what to do.

As I posted on the other thread I'm keen on helping out with an ice run.
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.

Would you like people to bring their own glasses if possible?

Hoptoberfeast!

Post by NASH » Fri Sep 28, 2012 11:40 pm

Hoptoberfeast will be epic as nuts and balls.

I mentioned to Xman earlier that maybe around 10:30 am at Rockbottom for the ice? This is so I have time to sleep in before heading over  Basically whoever is coming for ice, just bring your coolers or whatever and we'll fill 'em and send you packin' :cheers2:

Yeah, it might not be a bad idea. I think there is enough here, but you never know.

I was planning on bringing a nacho dip but after seeing the amount and caliber of food I am not sure if we need this. What else are we in need of or is dip still good?

Do you need coolers? or large rubbermaid bins? I have another canopy and a propane heater (tabletop version)?

The propane heater may be useful. How big is the canopy?

8X8 I think. It is an older cheap one. It basically a roof on legs, but I can bring it if helpful.

If it's not a big hassle for you, bring it. Don't be lugging too much stuff around though, I think the rain does plan to stop in an hour.

I needed to look up the bean recipe and wow. We need a food fest with beer on the side.
