On second thought I might do the pretzels I did for the lager fest.

Tim, do it! Those were great.

I need to figure out what to make/bring. Somebody tell me what to make using these Roma tomatoes from my plant out front!

I can use the peppers too (actually need to figure out what to do with those too.. will post in pepper thread).

Chocolate pretzels?

Buffalo chicken dip is what we will be bringing for a side.

We're probably good for food now I think. Probably too much actually. Tim, Shelly would like some of those tomatoes I'm sure.

Ha, well I might make something with them (salsa..?), but if I get lazy/busy I'll just bring some of the tomatoes!

Is there anything else we need then? Besides, beer, obviously. Ice, napkins?

Yes, maybe some plates and cutlery and napkins? I believe we'll have ice under control.

Ok, that sounds good. I couldn't think of any food to bring anyway.

I made a roasted tomato-basil soup last week and used the leftovers for pasta sauce. Friggin' delicious! Oven roasted halved tomatoes along with some chopped onion & garlic with olive oil. Threw them in the slow cooker for the day with a bit of wine and some chicken broth. Added some dried thyme, s&p, fresh chopped basil and blitzed with the immersion blender.
Kegged: El Dorado IPA, Rocketfuel 2.0, Wet Hopped Pale, Ryrish Red, Marzen, BN Exchange Dunkel, BN Exchange NEIPA, Lies Lies Lies - Citra <0.5% ale
Fermenting: NZ Pilsner with Enigma, Strawberry brett cider

I was wondering how best to transport food, but since I can't even think what to bring I guess I can cover the plates and/or napkins.

If you're still planning on travelling down with me, I'll likely be bringing a cooler with me since I'm bringing guacamole.

How about a couple of those stick in the ground yard candles instead? We could use some lighting for later.

Sure! If Jeff has room in the car. I am also ok with making something tasty. I just have had a busy week and haven't made any plans for anything tasty yet. I was leaning towards a smoked pumpkin pie with a malted crust and hopped whipped cream, but I have heard mixed things about hopping toppings.

I'll bring lighting, I'm now driving up on my own.
X, are you thinking this sort of thing. I fear the citronella might affect our sense of taste, but I have never used one of these.

Haha you think after drinking all afternoon you'll have taste buds left by the time it gets dark?

Is it too late to say I'm +1? If so he will survive without any lamb.

I'm pretty sure I said that I'm +1, but didn't see it on the update in the Hoptoberfest rollcall thread

Is there anything I can pick up? Ice/more plates/napkins/cups/anything along those lines?
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.

I ended up finding 10 Canada day citronella candles on sale at CT, so I'll bring those along.
I won't be available until lunch-ish for the ice crew. Sorry.
