Join us at RATINAUD CHARCUTERIE for a unique beer pairing event! Our hosts for the evening will be Frederic Tandy (Ratinaud) and Andrew Cooper (Propeller), and they will guide us through 4 beer pairings. The pairings will be cheese and pancetta mille-feuilles with Pilsner, house fish and chips with Bitter, tartiflette (potatoe gratin with bacon, cream, onion) with IPA, and braised pork ribs with Russian Imperial.
