Big Strange Brew 2011
It's that time of year again! Time to start dreaming of the second week in June. Big Strange Brew 2011 will be held June 10-12 in Kars New Brunswick at Camp Pascobac.
What is Big Strange Brew?
The Big Strange New Brunswick Brew is a celebration of all-grain brewing and associated activities such as grilling, BBQing, bread making, smoking, pickling, coffee roasting, and whatever else pops into your head when you read that sentence. We get together several times a year across the country in small private events, and so far the NB event is the rocking-est by several orders of magnitude. It is traditionally held on the 2nd weekend of June. We brew beer, drink beer, talk about beer and brewing, barbeque and/or deep fry a bunch of meat, and sit around a bonfire at the end of it all, telling lies and ranting. We also endeavor to be a family friendly event, and our current site, Camp Pascobac, has plenty of activities to interest non-brewers as well. So bring your family, and friends!

Very good. I'll most likely be there this year. Lauren said she's going regardless, lol.
I'll try to get pics up from last year.

My conflict that weekend has gone away so I'm interested in going now. Is anyone interested in travelling with me, in my vehicle or yours?

Kyle, we probably have room - though it would probably work best if we met up at Stewiacke. I'll check with Marta, but I can't see us needing all the room even in our little Fit.

Unfortunately, I won't be making this year's event. I've had a couple things come up, and that's it. Nobody's happy here, but there's nothing I can do about it. Was looking forward to the weekend with the rest of you.
