I'm bringing my recent attempt at a Belgian wit (with ClarityFerm), but it seems "off" somehow to me and I want some feedback...

I've got a bottle of Kriek Boon that my Dad was apparently hoarding. Bottled in 2008 and now about 7 months past the best before date printed on the bottle, but I've never had a lambic so I won't know if it's past its prime
