I'm going to host a "porter sampler" tonight @ my place in Lr Sackville. I have my porter, Fuller's London porter(not robust) and the Elemental Porter (2011 Gold medal from New Zealand) so far. I figure a small get together from in around 8-10:30 or so for a timeline as it's sunday night. If anyone's porter is ready (or they have another commercial example) that they would like to bring that would be great as well.

Right now I believe it's just Mike and I. If anyone else is interested post in here or send me a PM. You can also txt me @ 902-430-0767.

I can't make it, but Jayme warned me that the Elemental may be a gusher, so chill it and open it over the sink!

I'm thinking about coming. Would have a porter and IPA (if you're drinking more than porter) to bring.

Will be at least 4 of us then. adam is bringing a propeller Porter to add to the examples. jimmy if you come would put us at 5 porters to compare. I'm unsure is Andrew is bringing an example or not. I grabbed some plain rice thins today to help reset our pallets.

I thought the NSLC would be opened till 8 tonight, but it's already closed. So I don't have a Propeller porter to bring. I'll look in the storage, I might have a type of porter that is interesting.

No worries. If not we have plenty of examples.

Sounds like fun! I'd be there too ...if I lived in the city.
