There's a man in my fitness class that's thinking about getting into brewing so we might be up to three

I took a peek at the FB group and there is very little activity (aside from the one guy, Clint, who seems to be very knowledgeable) I think he's based out of Port Hawkesbury though.
I'd like to get something going to meet some other people in the area interested in brewing.

from what I hear, there's a large group of 'shiners who get together, not so much on the beer side of things

I'm not interested in shine. My uncle destroyed himself in it back in the 90s. I'm set on hosting a meeting or we could gather some troops to go out somewhere. The Dock maybe?
