8.5 # Pilsner Malt
1.5 # Wheat Malt

Mash @ 150F for 75 minutes

1.25 oz Hallertauer 60 min
1.25 oz Hallertauer 10 min
1 oz Perle 5 min
1 oz Perle 1 min
1 oz Perle dryhop
whirlfloc at 15 minute
wyeast 2565 Kolsch

90 boil

pitch & ferment @ 55F ramping to 60F
OG 1.048
FG 1.012
IBU 28.1
