I've got a center inlet head for a Chugger pump available. I bought my pump configured this way, but it's effectively the same as this kit.
All parts are present and accounted for, plus the 3/4" to 1/2" reducer, 3-piece ball valve, and camlocks.
$65 with the camlocks, $60 without.
