Just noticed this morning that the CO2 tank I have is just about empty and we have a big weekend of drinking ahead. The tank needs a hydro test and its now Friday afternoon so that unlikely to get done today.
Anywhere besides NG to get a tank this afternoon?
Ideally I'd like to get one for beer gas.

I dropped mine off for a hydro to Don Breton's once and they gave me a loaner. Call them and see if they will do the same for you!
