I see on facebook Ontario beer kegs is doing a sale on skid load of kegs (75). Prices it says are $22 a piece for pin locks and suggesting low $30s for ball locks. Quote:
Special note. If you are buying these as a split. We will toss in service parts if someone is willing to teach folks how to service them at the split. Although sold pressure tested, as soon as tear down for cleaning they need to be retested upon putting back together. You just tore it down!

That seems like the biggest hassle event for s group buy. I’ve got kegs off kijiji for that price before

so did I, but now everyone wants $60 or more, except on here. Can't remember last time I saw one for under $50.

Take that back,asking $75 on here.
Final price for ball locks = $30.67. no idea what shipping would add but would think only a few bucks each. Agreed its a lot of hassle but if 1/2 a dozen members wanted 10 each would be quite some saving!

It’s a tough one. I have 4 ball lock kegs and got them for $40 per while I was in Calgary. I think buddy sells them for $50 now; but prices here for kegs sure seem over inflated.

I heard from a supplier that the price of stainless is going up. I can’t see that directly affecting used corny kegs but I’d imagine down the road it could. If it increases the costs of new ones then eventually people will value the old ones more.
I’ve also read that corny kegs are expected to become in greater demand and shorter supply further affecting the price.

Lol, on the OBK FB page there is a link to get a 'special' rate shipping deal. It quoted me over $1700.
They wouldn't work out very cheap at that rate. That was to my home address which obviously requires
tail gate lift which would make it more expensive. In my Ignorance I was thinking 300 or so duh.
Anybody got better knowledge of shipping?

$490+ to a Dartmouth Business with dock,
