MINT 2011 Yamaha LL16 Handmade Acoustic

One owner, purchased new February 2011. All solid wood, rosewood and Engleman spruce top, Yamaha's handmade LL series concert body.
This is one of the good ones; really great sounding top, better than any other LL series I have tried.
It's been fully tuned and always kept mint. Frets leveled, crowned, micro-polished, intonation set, hand polished bone nut and saddle, all work and maintenance done by a real pro luthier. Plus it's had 7 years worth of "opening up" and darkening of the blond top. This thing sings and chimes like a piano, gorgeous. The guitar is mint.
-Not the newer ARE version that was released in 2014.
-No electronics, you're paying for ALL acoustic guitar.
-Original and mint thick, light, padded case included
-$800 OBO
Don't roll the dice buying a new guitar off the shelf. I hate to let it go since I'm 7 years deep with it but selling because I've upgraded.
